Fabric for Outer and Liner - 1/2 yard total - see images for yardage by size

Elastic for Cuff - 1" ( 2.54cm) - 1 1/4" (3.175cm) width - see images with chart for length by size.

Needle & Thread- 10-16 size needle will work depending on the fabric and thread you choose.
